Introduction & Background
Simply Benefits is a Third-Party Payor that looks to provide three unique portals and a mobile application for benefits advisors, plan administrators and plan members. On the advisor portal, benefits advisors can quote, onboard, and manage their groups 100% digitally. On the administrator portal, admins have the ability to manage their plan, onboard and manage members, and view plan coverage. In the member portal and mobile application, members have the ability to submit claims, view plan coverage, check their usage, purchase marketplace benefits and more.
We partnered with Simply Benefits to manage their organic digital presence, enhance their brand visibility, and engage their target audience of benefits advisors, plan administrators and plan members effectively. Our team was tasked with developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy to achieve these goals.

Simply Benefits looked to take employee benefits digital with their software. With that said, they needed to establish a strong online presence in the employee benefits industry and educate their audience on their software and business.
