Simply Benefits sought to revolutionize the user experience for benefits advisors, plan administrators, and plan members through their various digital platforms. Our task was to design intuitive and seamless interfaces for their desktop portals and mobile application, ensuring that each user group could easily navigate and utilize the tools and information available to them.

The primary challenge was to create a cohesive and user-friendly experience across three distinct user groups: benefits advisors, plan administrators, and plan members. Each group had unique needs and tasks, necessitating a tailored approach to the UI/UX design. Additionally, the mobile application for plan members required a design that was both functional and visually appealing on smaller screens.

Created detailed yet accessible overviews of plan coverage, allowing administrators to manage and view plan details efficiently.

Generating Reports and Viewing Invoices

Designed intuitive ways for plan administrators to easily generate desired reports and to view and download invoices.
